Deposit is non refundable due to loss of funds for last minute cancellations) PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY: DISCLAIMER: Can not perform if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving chemotherapy, or if you have a transmittable bloodborne pathogen disease (HIV, Hepatitis) If you have had previous microblading you will need to be at least 50% faded in order to book appointment. I will need a photo of your previous microblading BEFORE booking appointment. You can text to (478)442-0745 to send photo. If you do not send a photo prior to booking and show up to your appointment you will risk losing deposit. CANCELATION POLICY: This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment ONE TIME. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours notice when rescheduling/canceling your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your microblading appointment and to cover lost funds for not being able to fill the spot in time. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Note: 6 Week Touch Up appointments are only included in the initial microblading payment. If you need to cancel or change your 6 week touch up appointment, please give 72 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $100 booking charge for your next appointment. PRE-CARE / AFTER-CARE: Please review and sign the Pre-Care and After-Care No Later than 72 hours prior to you scheduled appointment.
